Could you please upgrade moin to some current version to stop the annoyance with wiki spam (see RecentChanges)?
Recent moin versions can use TextChas and that is proven to immediately stop the spam (just use some site/audience specific q/a pairs).
Frequent editors can be put into a special group so that they don't get questions.
As of today, moin 1.7.1 is recommended (and works great with WSGI 
) and I can help with upgrading if you like.
